Displayed when no vehicle is connected and no charging is taking place. This image can be personalised

Displayed when the car is plugged in but the station is not  authorised yet in the backend (eCarUp).

RFID card is being checked. If the connection is very good, this text may not be displayed at all.

Hi, appears in this event if the station takes longer to create the authentication at the backend. For instance, if the Internet connection is poor.

The authentication was successful.

When the Car ID is activated in smart-me and the authentication is successful, the countdown starts. After the countdown of 22 seconds, the charging process begins. 

This is for compatibility for Mitioniq 5 cars.

This display appears when:

• The RFID is not authorised at this station.

• Or no driver account is assigned to the RFID.

Fatal flaw

• Error 1: Problem with the wifi module

• Error 2: We have no M4 communication

• Error 3: An error with the meter SOM

• Error 4: Problem with the RDC sensor

SIM Error

• Problem with the SIM

Diode Error

• The diode in the car is not correct. Check the charging cable and the plug connection to the car. 

Cable Error

• The charging cable reports an error. Check if the cable is plugged in correctly 

P Limit

• Load shedding is active. The load power has been reduced. 

Warn RDC

• The RDC-DD 6mA according to IEC 62955 (direct current fault detection device) has tripped. The charge was terminated for safety reasons. 

Reception Bar with X

• The charging station has no connection to the smart-me cloud. 

LED lights up orange/red in the upper right corner of the display

• Indication of an error message. After 30 seconds at the latest, the error image (e.g. Cable Error) is displayed on the screen.
