Hardware commissioning (Installer App)
On this wiki page, we show you how you can easily commission our hardware with the new Installer app. The page is intended as an aid and is not exhaustive.

Download the new smart-me Installer app free of charge from the App Store.
Step-by-step instructions for meter 80A / CT
1. Connect your smartphone to the WiFi from which you want to install the smart-me hardware.
Log in or register an account
2. Sign in or create a new account

3. Click on ‘Add device’ (+)
4. Go to ‘Edit’
5. Enter the WLAN password
6. Click on ‘Add device’ (+)
7. Scan the QR code of the device
8. Connect to the WLAN of the meter
9. Press the T1 button for 10 seconds
10. Wait until connection successful
11. The meter is successfully installed & online

Step-by-step instructions for the Pico e-charging station
1. connect your smartphone to the WiFi from which you want to install the smart-me hardware.
Info: Please note that you have 15 minutes per Pico to complete the installation process. Otherwise, you will have to restart the Pico and start the process from the beginning.

If scanning the QR code does not work, you can enter the serial number of the Pico manually or hold any RFID card to the Pico. Then scan the QR code displayed.

Tips and tricks
Commissioning multiple devices
In this step, you have the option of commissioning several meters at the same time in order to speed up the commissioning process for many meters.
Setting the transformer ratio on the Telstar CT

Enter transformer ratio
The transformer ratio can be locked. This serves as protection against unwanted changes by unauthorized persons. To unlock the transformer ratio, the unit must be installed again with the smart-me app. When reinstalling, deleting is unnecessary.
Note:
Entering the transformer ratio does not change the historically stored data. For this reason, this step must be taken immediately after commissioning.
